This page describes our current data and business practices in plain language but has not been reviewed by counsel. Don’t treat it as a final legal document.
Credit packs
Credits are only ever debited after a reading successfully completes — a photo rejected by our palm-quality check, or an AI call that fails outright, is never charged. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds for completed readings simply on the basis of disagreeing with the result. If a purchase was charged in error or a technical fault caused a charge with no corresponding reading, contact us and we’ll investigate and refund manually.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal after already cancelling, contact us for a refund of that charge.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are currently handled manually — email us at the address on our contact page with your account email and payment reference, and we’ll process eligible refunds back to your original Razorpay payment method.
